By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You accept the prices displayed on the site
• You understand that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in MDL (Moldovan Lei) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova. Delivery times vary depending on:

7. Return Policy

Important: Personalized products (with messages, QR codes, special labeling) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transport.

For standard products (non-personalized), we accept returns within 14 days of product receipt, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.
